pros at this culinary session.See why Champagne is the perfect
match to so many rich foods. Pick up a few tips and best of all - taste the
demonstrated dish and pairing. Sit in and watch first-hand as our chef shows you
how to master the art of preparing a menu while Guest Wine Expert, Richy
Petrina, Brand Manager
for Moet and Dom Perignon, advises the perfect pairing of wines. As thousands

us simplify the confusion of what to drink with today’s varied cuisines.

Winery produces some of the finest
hand-crafted wines in California.
Their six generations of winegrowers specialize in Lodi's famous Old Vine Zinfandels. These
ultrapremium Zinfandels will be paired to Chef Jamie’s three-course menu. Join

heritage grape, which offers rich, succulent, fruit-generous wines that pair

in a casual, fun and informative presentation about the Golden Years of boat and
automobile production, when artistry was combined
with great craftsmanship all for the purpose of transportation.

daylight hours, this spectacular ChampagneBrunch aboard “The
Morgan”, our 85-footwooden, sightseeing boat, is it. Add theelegant Pol
Roger Champagne and it's an

Ice Wine has
become a regional specialty of the Finger Lakes.

spirits as we host Flight Nights all week long during the festival. Featuring

our 85-foot wooden, sightseeing boat, “The Morgan”, as we gently cruise the
sparkling waters of Lake George on a warm
summer evening while enjoying a tasting of tapas and other small plates. Is

Palazzo Montanari
is a 14th century private estate located in the heart of “Valpolicella Classica”.
The whole building has remained more or less the same since the 19th century, preserving
its old charm of both a fortified tower house and a typical Italian country
villa.Now “Palazzo Montanari” continues
its original function and produces olive oil and prestigious wines. With a
southeast exposure, the benefit of the breezes that blow gently down the valley
and the soil rich in fossils, the very high quality of the grapes needed for making the highest
quality wines is guaranteed. Winemaker, Giuseppe Nicolis, the owner together
with his brothers, takes great care of the land and all steps of winemaking are
carried out with a great sense of passion. And there is no better way to enjoy

was purchased by famed actor Fred MacMurray in 1941. Fred raised his family on
the ranch, and they enjoyed the natural wonders of SonomaCounty.

Claus Riedel
(9th generation) changed the world of wine with his revolutionary concept of
functional stemware. He was the first in history to recognize the effect of a
glass shape on the perception and pleasure of drinking wine. Georg Riedel (10th
generation) further developed the concept that the delivery of the wine's
message depends on the form of the glass. Don't miss this rare opportunity to have Georg Riedel lead you through

Cruise on Lake George as you sail your way through some of the
greatest wine regions of the world. Start your journey boarding “The Morgan”, a
replica 19th century, wooden, sightseeing boat, for a magical voyage where you'll
have prime viewing of the evening fireworks above the Lake.
As you sail along on the first half of your voyage, enjoy wines from producers
around the world: Martin Codax from Spain, Whitehaven from New Zealand,
Alamos from Chile, Gascon from Argentina and Red Rock of California, all
beautifully accompanied by the freshest raw bar and chilled small bites. Your
ship will set anchor at the perfect spot overlooking the majesty of Lake George to view the fireworks. From there you return
to the pier while our staff regales
you with a sumptuous choice of rich and colorful petit fours and coffee. Cash

will prepare a grilling feast served al fresco on the shores of Lake George. No one has mastered or written more on live
fire cooking than Steve has – he is the grilling guru as described by everyone
from the NY Times to Oprah. And what better wine to accompany a true American
original like barbecue than with Redwood Creek Wines, like the redwoods

The Sagamore’s
Chef Adam Savage takes on Ocean Properties Corporate Chef Dan Dumont from Wentworth by the Sea in a
four-course Dueling Chefs Dinner. Each chef will prepare a course expressing
their interpretation of the flavors found in the wine. Guests will cast ballots
for the chef’s preparation they most prefer. This is an evening that promises
to provide not only expertly prepared food and wine but fun and suspense too.
Kendall-Jackson needs no introduction as producer of America’s most loved Chardonnay.

‘Bounty of
